Graduate Assistantship Contract - Please fill out the contract online, then print out and have the appropriate people sign. The contract should then be sent to the Graduate School (+1620) for processing. Note: For the "Period of employment" please use only the 1st or the 16th of the month for the start date and the 15th or last day of the month for the end date.
